摘要
炼厂中某些机泵由于生产需要,流量经常发生变化,这为变频技术的应用提供了可能性,但并非所有流量发生变化的机泵都适用。笔者试对变频技术应用的原理进行分析,并推导出了变频器投资回收期的公式。影响投资回收期的因素包括变频器的价格、机泵的工况、电价以及低流量运行时间等因素,如果投资回收期超过5年,认为应用变频器是不经济的。
Flowrate of some pumps in refinery usually changes because of production requirements, this provides the opportunity for the application of frequency converter technology, but the technology is not suited for all the pumps with varied flowrate. Analysis is done for the mechanism of frequency converter technology and the formula of investment recovery period is derived. The factors that affect the investment recovery period include the price of converter, the working condition of pump, electricity price and low flowrate run time, etc. If investment recovery period is more than 5 years, converter is not economical.
