摘要
叙述了碳三液相催化加氯动力学实验研究情况;考察了空速、氢炔比和温度等操作条件对MAPD(丙炔、丙二烯)转化率和碳三加氢选择性的影响;并对碳三加氢反应也进行了动力学探索研究,提出了加氢生成丙烯和丙烯加氢生成丙烷的宏观动力学模型。
In the article, the kinetics experiment of C3 liquid phase catalytic hydrogenation was carried out, effects of operation conditions such as space velocity, hydrogen/MAPD ratio and temperature, etc. , on the MAPD conversion rate and C3 hydrogenation selectivity were studied. Preliminary study was made for kinetics of the liquid phase selective hydrogenation of C3, and kinetics equations for MAPD hydrogenating to propylene and propylene hydrogenating to propane conversion rate were presented by using experimental results.
