摘要
叙述了ASPEN软件在上海炼油厂“新三年”项目《1000kt/a焦化汽柴油及催化柴油加氢精制装置》(以下简称“加氢”)工艺流程设计中的应用,用详尽的模拟结果对比了冷高分流程和热高分流程,从能耗及投资经济合理性两方面进行了比较,从而决定采用高分流程。
The paper describes the application of ASPEN software in process design of the project about 1000kt/a coked gasoline, coked diesel oil and catalyzed diesel oil hydro - fining plant in Shanghai Refinery. Comparison of detailed simulation results for cold high pressure process and hot high pressure process is done from energy consumption and investment economics, as a result, hot high pressure process is chosen.
