摘要
针对南方海相碳酸盐地层岩石可钻性差 ,泥岩、砂岩、白云岩、碳酸盐岩交互 ,岩性变化大等特点 ,在室内试验的基础上 ,优选了 MMH钻井液体系。在秧 1井中的应用表明 ,该钻井液体系能满足海相碳酸盐岩地层钻井要求 ,且能提高机械钻速 ,减少井下事故的发生。
Based on lab tests, the MMH mud is optimized for drilling in carbonate formation of south marine faces, which has a series of behaviors, such as poor drillability, lithological, inhomogeneity and great lithologic variation. Applications in Yang 1 well shows this mud can be applied in drilling in carbonate formation of marine faces with improved penetration rate and reduced downhole emergency.
