摘要 濮城油田沙三段油藏属非均质性油藏 ,开发过程中经多次压裂改造 ,地层裂缝发育 ,含水上升速度加快 ,开发效果变差。通过应用优化设计技术和PI决策专家系统 ,进行室内研究 ,开发了盐酸 硅酸钠、氯化钙 硅酸钠近解远调堵剂、水泥复合堵剂、钙土体系等高强度微裂缝和大孔道堵剂 ,以及YH10 3系列、FD系列、STP 0 1系列、油井水泥等油井堵水堵剂。通过和堵剂相适应施工工艺 :水井施工工艺技术 ,水井多段塞封堵技术 ,油井找水工艺技术 ,油井分层封堵等工艺技术的应用 ,改善了油藏开发效果 。 Reservoir in Sha 3 formation of Pucheng oilfield belongs to heterogeneous reservoir. During development, it had been fractured many times, and formation fractures were quite developed. So that water cut increased fast, and development efficiency became poor. By using optimum designing and PI decision expert system, laboratory study have been carried out, and a lot of products have been developed, such as blocking agents of hydrochloric acid sodium silicate, calcium chloride sodium silicate, cement compound, and calcium soil system, which are of high strength and suitable for micro fracture and large pore path. Other blocking agents include YH103, FD, STP 01 series and oil well cement. Reservoir development and sweep efficiency have been improved by using blocking agents accompanied with suitable techniques, including water well operation, blocking with multi slugs, water location, and separate blocking.
