LH-I型液体桥塞的研制及应用

Development and application of LH-I liquid bridge

对LH I型液体桥塞进行室内实验研究及现场应用 ,结果表明 ,LH I型液体桥塞具有封堵层位可靠 ,节省两次作业 ,施工简便 ,不需要打捞等优点 ,可以用于井筒内的下层封隔及封堵 ,尤其是对于隔层小、坐封困难的井及先期防砂井 ,177 8mm套管、12 7mm尾管完成的井 ,利用机械封隔器和机械桥塞难以实施 ,LH I型液体桥塞显示了其良好的应用性能。

Laboratory study and field application have been carried out for LH I liquid bridge. The result showed that the position of plugged zone of LH I liquid bridge was reliable, two trips of operation had been saved, the operation was simple and there was no need of fishing. It can be used for isolating and plugging lower intervals in wellbore, especially for those wells with small restraining barriers and setting difficulties, pre completion sand control wells, and wells completed by 177.8 mm casing and 127 mm tail pipe, which are difficult for mechanical packer and bridge. LH I liquid bridge has showed good application performance.
