井下自生气复合泡沫技术在稠油热采中的研究与应用 被引量:12

摘要 针对乐安稠油老区吞吐末期开发效果日益变差的状况 ,开展了井下自生气复合泡沫技术研究。根据室内研究 ,在高温下引发剂迅速分解产生的CO2 等气体 ,能扩大蒸汽扫油面积 ,降低原油粘度 ,提高注汽效果。当引发剂与泡沫剂混合注入时 ,则兼具气驱、活性液驱与泡沫驱的功效。该工艺现场施工简单 ,费用低 ,在草 2 0区块开展了 3口井的现场应用试验 。 In accordance with the problem of worse becoming development in late period of steam stimulation in old heavy oil area of Lean oilfield, study on downhole authigenic gas compound foam has been carried out. Laboratory study discovered that CO\-2 and other gases generated from rapid decomposition of initiating agent under high temperature could expand steam sweep area, reduce oil viscosity, and improve steam injection efficiency. When initiating agent and foaming agent were injected together, there showed effectiveness of gas drive, surfactant flood and foam drive. This technology is simple and cheap. Field application in 3 wells of block Cao 20 had resulted in favorable production increment.
