非活性硝酸粉末液酸化技术的研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 非活性硝酸粉末是一种新型酸化材料 ,正常状态下呈非活性 ,激活后可分解出具有强氧化性的HNO3。针对目前国内外应用非活性硝酸粉末 (液 )酸化过程中活性地下激发难于控制、有效率低等问题 ,成功优选出激活剂A ,并对其使用浓度进行优化 ,得出新型酸液配方体系。该体系采用地面预激活技术 ,有岩芯溶蚀率高、对岩芯渗透率改造倍数高、腐蚀速率低等特点 ,可达到深部酸化的目的。现场应用结果表明 ,新型酸液配方体系酸化后油井增产效果显著 ,适用于低渗—特低渗 。 The non?active nitric powder is a new material for acidizing which exhibits non?active in normal state but can decompose strong oxide HNO 3 after activation. In order to solve some problems that the activation underground is hard to control and the power has low efficiency in the acidizing treatment by non?active nitric, an activator A has been selected successfully, optimized its applying concentration and acquired a new acidizing fluid formula system. In this system, a pre?activating technology in the ground has been adopted which can reach higher core corrosion rate and permeability, low corrosion rate to metal so that the purpose for deep acidizing can be achieved. Results applied in the field have shown that the effect of stimulation is notable after acidizing treatment by the formula, and it is suitable for acidizing to sandstone reservoirs which permeability are low to extreme low and strong sensitive.
