伍德电解槽进料管线升级改造

摘要 分析伍德电解槽杂散电流产生原因。杂散电流产生位置多数是在物料的入口靠近电路处。杂散电流会引起管线腐蚀泄漏。新疆圣雄氯碱有限公司原设计盐水系统进料管线是CPVC管,碱进料管线是PPH管,运行3年来造成20多次泄漏。将阳极进料管线升级改造为金属钛管,阴极进料管线更换为镍材,并自主研发设计牺牲电极,保证了电解槽阳极进料管线永久使用。 The formation causes of stray current in Uhde electrolyzers are analyzed. The formation location of stray current is mostly at material entrance near the circuit. Stray current can cause corrosion and leakage of pipelines. The originally designed material pipelines, of brine system at Xinjiang Snxon Chlor - Alkali Co. , Ltd. were CPVC pipelines, and the alkali feed pipeline~ were PPH pipelines. These pipelines have leaked more than 20 times in the past three years of operation. The anode feeding pipeline was upgraded to metal titanium pipe, and the cathode feeding pipeline was replaced with nickel material. The sacrificial electrode was independently developed and designed to ensure the permanent use of the anode feeding pipeline in the electrolyzers.
