摘要
分析电解电流效率的影响因素,探讨泄漏电流对电流效率的影响。指出盐水中的杂质离子的积蓄是对离子膜性能的首要影响因素。说明离子膜污染劣化的确认方法。同时解析离子膜渗透性损伤、电解温度变化和介质浓度变化对离子膜性能的影响。
The influence factors of electrolytic current efficiency are analyzed, and the effect of leakage current on current efficiency is discussed. It is pointed out that the accumulation of impurity ions in brine is the primary factor affecting the performance of ion-exchang~ membrane. The method of confirming performance degradation of ion-exchange membrane due to fouling is given. At the same time, the effects of ion-exchange membrane permeability damage, electrolytic temperature change and medium concentration change on the performance of ion-exchange membrane are analyzed.
