氯碱行业硫酸泵、氯水泵、盐酸泵等设备常采用IHF型氟塑料泵,容易出现机封频繁泄漏、频繁检修情况。从出口压力、不同功率下实际电流、整套设备费用、年平均更换备品备件费用等方面,对比IMD氟塑料磁力泵和IHF氟塑料泵。介绍IMD磁力泵的产品特点和主要构件。将氟塑料泵改造为磁力泵后,实现高效节能运行,满足系统要求。针对改造过程、运行对比分析、改造过程出现的问题及创效等方面进行了归纳总结。

IHF fluoroplasfic pumps are often used to pump su^unc at,u, hydrochloric acid in chlor- alkali industry, and frequently need maintenance due to frequent leakage of machine seals. IMD fluoroplastic magnetic pumps and IHF fluoroplastic pumps are compared in aspects of outlet pressure, actual current under different power, equipment cost and annual average cost of spare parts replacement. The product characteristics and main components of IMD magnetic pumps are introduced. Magnetic pumps replaced fluoroplastic pumps in transformation, achieving efficient and energy-saving "operation and meeting the requirements of production system. This paper summarizes the process of transformation, comparative analysis of operation, problems in the process of transformation and effectiveness brought by the transformation.
