摘要
应用ABAQUS软件计算柔轮筒体在空载和负载条件下的最大应力,通过Isight软件生成试验矩阵。将各试验点的结构参数赋予控制程序,调用ABAQUS软件自动完成应力计算。利用Isight软件中的响应面模型,拟合样点与最大应力值的近似关系。根据拟合关系,利用多目标优化算法,以最大应力和最短筒长为设计目标,对柔轮筒体进行优化设计。
The ABAQUS software was used to calculate the maximum stress of the flexible wheel cylinder under no-load and load conditions. Test matrix was generated by Isight software, and the structural parameters of each test point were assigned to the control program. The ABAQUS software was called to complete stress calculations automatically and the response surface model in the Isight software was used to fit the approximation of the sampling point to the maximum stress value. According to the fitting relationship, the multi-objective optimization algorithm was used to optimize the design of the flexible wheel cylinder with the maximum stress and the shortest cylinder length as the design objective.
