摘要
主要研究了交联剂过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)和发泡剂4,4-氧代双苯磺酰肼(OBSH)对交联聚乙烯材料结构和力学性能的影响。添加交联剂DCP后,聚乙烯的黏度增加,泡孔尺寸减小,力学性能得到增强;在此基础上减少发泡剂含量,其黏度进一步增加,泡孔尺寸进一步减小,力学性能得到进一步增强。结果表明,DCP质量分数为0. 3%、发泡剂加入量为0. 5%时,制备的聚乙烯材料泡孔尺寸最小,力学性能最优。
The effects of crosslinking agent dicumyl peroxide (DCP) and foaming agent 4, 4- oxybisbenzenesulfonyl hydrazine (,OBSH) on the structure and mechanical properties of crosslinking polyethylene foam were investigated. After adding DCP, the viscosity increased, the cellular size decreased and the mechanical properties were improved. According to this condition, when the foaming agent content was reduced, the viscosity could provide a further increase, the cellular size could provide a further decrease and the mechanical properties could provide a further improvement. The results show when the DCP is 0. 3% and the OBSH is 0.5%, the prepared polyethylene material has the smallest size and the best mechanical properties.
