紫外光固化外保护层的制备及性能研究

摘要 制备了新型绝热外保护层并评价其性能。确定了最佳光固化剂,测试外保护层的在腐蚀介质浸泡前后的拉伸强度、冲击强度以及其他五项物化性能。外保护层腐蚀前后拉伸强度分别为71 MPa、61 MPa (酸)、58 MPa(碱)、59 MPa (盐),水平、垂直方向的冲击强度为86 J/m,巴氏硬度为79 HBa,弯曲强度为75 MPa,压缩强度为141 MPa,试样热变形温度高于237℃,导热系数为0. 164 78 W/(m·K)。该外保护层能够有效阻止酸、碱、盐溶液分子进入玻璃纤维和树脂的结合界面,拉伸强度保持率超过80%;水平、垂直方向均具备良好的耐冲击性能,同时具备优良的物化性能,满足了石油天然气行业对外保护层的要求。 A new type of thermal insulation protective layer was prepared and its performance was evaluated. The best photocuring agent was determined and the tensile strength, impact strength and other five physicochemical properties of the outer protective layer before and after soaking in corrosive media were tested. The results show that the tensile strength of the outer protective layer before and after corrosion is 71 MPa, 61 MPa (acid), 58 MPa (alkali), 59MPa (salt). The horizontal and vertical impact strength is 86 MPa, the Barcol hardness is 79 HBa, the bending strength is 75 MPa, the compressive strength is 141 MPa, the sample heat distortion temperature is higher than 237℃, and the thermal conductivity is 0. 164 78 W/( m . K). The outer protective layer could effectively prevent the acid, alkali, and salt solution molecules from entering the bonding interface between the glass fiber and the resin, and the tensile strength retention rate exceeds 80%. It has good impact resistance in both horizontal and vertical directions. It also has excellent physical and chemical properties and satisfies the requirements of the external protective layer in the oil and gas industry.
