晋江市主城区现代服务业商圈发展策略研究

A Research on the Development Strategy of Modern Service Industry Business District in the Main District of Jinjiang City

随着城市现代服务业的逐步发展,规模逐渐扩大,所占产业比例上升,传统商圈的服务功能亟待转型升级成为承载现代服务业发展的重要载体。文章立足现代服务业发展背景,结合现代服务业的理论意义和实际应用,分析商圈在城市现代服务业中所扮演的角色,归纳出现代服务业商圈的形成类型,从而探索现代服务业商圈的未来发展路径。并以福建省晋江市为例,进一步说明商圈转型升级和现代服务业发展之间的关系,提出以"补短板"为主城区商圈发展切入点,推动商圈与城市现代服务业的共同发展。

With the gradual development of the city's modern service industry, the scale has gradually expanded, and the proportion of the industry has increased. The service function of the traditional business district needs to be transformed and upgraded to become an important carrier for the development of modern service industry. Based on the background of modern service industry, combined with the theoretical significance and practical application of modern service industry, this paper analyzes the role of business district in urban modern service industry, summarizes the formation type of business district in the context of modern service industry, explors the future development path of the business district.And taking Jinjiang City of Fujian Province as an example, the article further explains the relationship between the transformation and upgrading of the business district and the development of the modern service industry, and promote the common development of the business district and the urban modern service industry.
