The procuratorial work of minors is related to the future of the country and nation.Under the background of judicial reform,with the completion of institutional reforms within procuratorial organs,a considerable number of procuratorates incorporate minor inspection organizations into public prosecutions,investigation and supervision departments,which has brought a certain impact on minor inspection work.In this case,it is a subject for minor inspection to solve on how to establish minor inspection organizations and case-handling mode which not only comply w.ith the general trend of judicial reform,but also accord with the law of procuratorial work of minors.
