摘要
公司法定代表人的变更在实践中经常发生纠纷,此类纠纷与公司的股东资格认定、股权转让、股权继承有着紧密的关系。解决此类纠纷的法律路径分为诉讼路径和非诉讼路径,不同的法律路径导致的最终结果可能会大不相同。
Disputes often occur in the change of company's legal representative in practice,which are closely relat-ed to the company's shareholder qualification,equity transfer,and equity inheritance.The legal path to solve such disputes is divided into litigation path and non-litigation path.The final result of different legal paths may be verydifferent.
