摘要
从利益主体的视角分析,当前优质教育教学资源共享主要体现为非名校、非名师、优质教育教学资源相对不足地区需要分享名校、名师、优质教育教学资源相对丰富地区的优质资源。需要建立相应的利益激励机制,充分调动名校、名师的积极性。调动名校、名师参与优质教育教学资源共享积极性的有力举措在于改革现有的教育资源(经费)投入机制,将学校能够为社会贡献出更多优质教育教学资源作为确定教育资源(经费)的重要依据。
From the perspective of interest subjecct, the current sharing of quahty ectucatmn anu teacnmg resources is mainly reflected in the fact that non-prestigious schools, non-prestigious teachers, and relatively low-quality education and teaching resources need to share the high-quality resources of famous schools, famous teachers, and areas with relatively high-quality educational resources. It is necessary to establish a corresponding interest incentive mechanism to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of famous schools and famous teachers. A powerful measure to mobilize the enthusiasm of dire schools and teachers to participate in the sharing of quality education and teaching resources lies in reforming the existing educational resources (funding) investment mechanism, and enabling schools to contribute more quality education and teaching resources to the society as an important basis for determining educational resources (funding).
