“一带一路”倡议下,我国铁路运输行业面临着新的历史机遇。铁路职业教育与“一带一路”的战略相结合,促进技能型人才的发展、促进市场需求与行业发展,但同时也面临着国际化复合人才短缺、铁路类高职院校国际化水平薄弱等问题,要通过开展中外合作办学,培养本土化人才,加强沿线国家的语言文化教育,提升自身内涵等路径,真正支撑我国铁路行业发展和走出去战略。
