建立在N+1无交叉组织机构图上的研发绩效管理模式,避免了矩阵式交叉管理模式的弊端。根据制定的部门年度计划和员工年度计划,部门负责人定期回顾员工的年度计划,给员工足够的指导和解决问题、克服困难的方法,确保各项工作任务的顺利执行。部门负责人在年底时根据员工年度计划的完成情况进行考核,为员工加薪升级提供依据。
The R & D performance management based on N+I non-cross organization chart is established to avoid the disadvantages of matrix cross management mode. According to the annual plan of the department and employee's personal annual plan, the supervisor of the department can regularly review the annual plan, providing employees enough methods to overcome difficulties and solve problems, so as to make sure the work can'be smoothly accomplished. At the end of the year, the supervisor of the department assesses the accomplishment of the employee's annual plan, which provides the evidence for salary increase.
