摘要
针对李鑫教授所提出的相关论点进行讨论。李鑫认为中国的传统哲学的志趣在于天人合一、在于求善,不愿也不能用来求真求知,因此传统哲学不可以用来直接指导(但可能启发)以求真求知为目的的本土管理研究。但求善对于本土管理研究来说是非常重要的;而且,中国传统哲学不仅能够求善,也善于求真求知。李鑫对传统文化中的"中庸"理解有误,同时对道家阴阳平衡的理解也存在偏差。因为道家和儒家在"中庸"这一点上存有很大的共通性。
In this paper, we will discuss views that professor Li xin carried out in his paper of 《X- Integrationism for Chinese Indigenous Management Research》. Li xin views that Chinese traditional culture is good at seeking virtue, but not good at seeking truth. So traditional culture can not directly guide the development of indigenous management. However,, we do not think so. We think that see- king virtue is very important to the indigenous management. At the same time, Chinese traditional culture is good at seeking truth. At last Li xin's understanding about "Zhongyong" is wrong and there are lots of common points between the Taoist and the Confucian.
