摘要
针对XDK新型吸附剂用于孝感西城变电站主变压器油质劣化处理后的情况,利用吸附剂接触法来处理劣化的油品,并通过吸附试验提高了油品各项性能指标,延长了废旧变压器油的寿命,达到了再生循环使用的理想效果.通过多次现场试验,分析了现场油处理装置在实际测量应用中应注意的问题.同时,试验结果表明了该装置的优越性和XDK新型吸附剂的有效性.
In view of the XDK new adsorbent used in the oil quality deterioration treatment of the main transformer of Xiaogan Xicheng Substation,the adsorbent contact method is used to treat the deteriorated oil;and then the oil performance indexes are improved by the adsorption test;and the service life of the used transformer oil is prolonged.The life expectancy is achieved by the ideal effect of the recycling cycle.Through many field tests,the problems that should be paid attention to in the actual measurement application of the on-site oil treatment device are analyzed.Meanwhile,the test results show the superiority of the device and the effectiveness of the new XDK adsorbent.
