摘要
以苯甲酸和间苯二酚为原料,Lewis酸三氟化硼乙醚催化、无溶剂的条件下可高效合成二苯甲酮.通过对反应条件的筛选,发现0.4倍当量的催化剂、反应温度110℃、反应时间25min为最佳反应条件,产物收率可达90%;且副产物为水,实现了二苯甲酮衍生物的绿色合成.
Diphenylketone is synthesized with benzoic acid and resorcinol as the raw material,catalyzed by Lewis acid trifluoride ether in solvent-free condition.Through the selection of reaction conditions,it is discovered that the best reaction conditions is 0.4 times the equivalent of catalyst at 110℃ with the reaction time of25 min;the yield can reach 90%.For the byproduct is water,the green synthesis of diphenylketone derivatives is realized.
