摘要
以随机抽取的三峡大学水利与环境学院134名男大学生作为样本,应用多元统计分析因子分析方法,建立了大学生体质健康评价指标相互关系的因子分析模型、评价指标因子得分模型.通过统计分析结果研究评价指标之间的关系,提取出特征因子;利用提取出的因子特性为体育教师制定教学计划提供参考和指导建议;通过计算每个观察个体的因子得分,为每位学生制定和实施个性化的体质训练计划提供参考和指导.
134 male college students from the College of Hydraulic & Environmental Engineering of China Three Gorges University are selected randomly as samples;and the factor analysis method of multivariate statistical analysis is used to establish the factor analysis model of the relationship between the physical health evaluation indexes of college students and the factor score model of the evaluation indexes.The relationship between evaluation indexes is studied through statistical analysis ; and then the characteristic factors are extracted.Using the extracted factor characteristics to provide reference and guidance suggestions for physical education teachers to make teaching plans;by calculating the factor scores of every observing individual,to provide reference and guidance for every student to develop personalized individual physical training plan.
