培育和践行社会主义核心价值观需要从战略高度上加以研究和落实。从社会主义核心价值观建设的理论与实践上看,社会主义核心价值体系是其理论来源,中国社会主义革命、建设、改革是其实践底色。从实现路径上看,社会主义核心价值观建设不仅要反映经济社会发展实践,还要能够从社会主义价值取向上指导实践;它是中国特色社会主义建设的题中之义,必须作为一项系统工程抓紧、抓好;并且要善于从实践中总结经验,以实践创新带动理论方法创新,从而更好地推动实践。从方法论原则上看,需要坚持以马克思主义理论体系为目标指导、在继承和改革中坚持推进传播方法创新、加强以完善全面支撑体系为重点的统筹协调能力建设来指导其方法论运用。

Cultivation and practice of socialist core values need to be explored and implemented from the perspective of system construction.From the perspective of theory and practice of socialist core values construction,the socialist core value system is its theoretical basis,and the Chinese socialist revolution,construction and reform are its practical basis. From the perspective of the realization path,the construction of socialist core values should not ouly reflect the practice of economic and social development,but also guide the practice from the socialist value orientation;it is the meaning of the socialist construction with Chinese characteristics,and must be grasped as a systematic project;besides,we must learn to draw experience from practice,and drive theoretical innovation through so as to better promote our practice.From the point of view of methodological principles,we need to adhere to the guidance of Marxist theoretical system,promote methodological innovation in inheritance and reform,and strengthen the building of capacity of overall coordination with focusing on improving the overall support system to guide the application of methodologies.
