马克思与泰勒管理哲学思想的比较研究

A Comparative Study of Marx's and Taylor's Management Philosophy

马克思管理哲学思想围绕生产的协作方式与生产的社会形式,揭示了资本主义管理制度的本质。而泰勒在管理思想史上最大的贡献是系统地创立了科学管理论,在追求效率和利益最大化的时代起到重要的推动作用,延续了资本主义的生命。在管理中,生产效率是管理的首要问题,劳资关系是发展的基础,人本管理是最终的目的。文章从这三个角度出发,通过对马克思与泰勒的管理哲学思想分析比较,说明前者对后者思想的超越,对当代管理实践起到启示作用。

Marx's management philosophy is centered on collaborative mode of production and social form of production,revealing the essence of modem management,but Taylor systematically created the scientific management theory and played an important role in promoting the era of efficiency and profit maximization,continuing the life of capitalism.In management,production efficiency is the primary problem to be solved,labor-capital relationship is the foundation of development,and human-centered management is the ultimate goal.The article,starting from three perspectives of production efficiency,labor-capital relationship and human-centered management,made a comparison of Marx's and Taylor's management philosophy,and illustrated that the former is the transcendence of the latter and provides inspirations for contemporary management practices.
