摘要
采用《积极心理资本问卷》《学习动机策略问卷》对某医科大学727名大学生进行调查,了解医学生心理资本、动机性信念与学业表现三者之间的关系。结果表明,心理资本、动机性信念与学业表现均呈中等水平正相关;回归分析结果表明,心理资本、动机性信念对学业表现均有正向预测作用;中介作用检验表明,动机性信念在心理资本对学业表现的作用中起完全中介作用。
727 medical students were investigated with PPQ&MSLQ to study the relationship between psychological capital,motivated faith and academic performance of medical students.The results showed that psychological capital and motivated faith had significantly positive correlation with academic performance,and the regression analysis showed that the psychological capital and motivated faith could significantly predict the academic performance.Test of intermediary function showed that motivated faith plays a complete mediating role in psychological capital and academic performance.
