摘要 随着互联网在社会中的广泛应用,移动互联网时代已全面开启。文章基于对当前高校互联网舆论场参与主体和引导主体的现状分析,以及对大学生参与互联网舆论的宣泄心理、个性和逆反心理、自我实现心理的分析基础上,从制度建设、队伍建设、平台建设、技术保障等多方面提出增强高校互联网舆论引导实效性的思路与措施。 With the wide application of Internet in society,the era of mobile Internet has been fully opened.This paper,based on the analysis of the current situation of the participating and guiding subjects in Internet public opinion field in colleges and universities,and the analysis about the students' emotional catharsis,individuality and antagonistic psychology in participating in public opinion,as well as self-fulfillment,puts forward ideas and measures from the aspects of system construction,team building,platform construction,technical support and so on that can strengthen the guiding effectiveness of Internet publio opinion in colleges.
