辽宁省畜牧业生产过程的温室气体排放研究

依据辽宁省农业过程活动水平数据,综合考虑采用国家发改委省级碳排放指南以及IPCC推荐的相关参数,估算了畜牧业过程中温室气体排放。在实际调研中发现,随着科学技术的发展和农业活动的变化,温室气体清单中畜牧业温室气体排放的计算方法不断改进和完善,发现实际温室气体排放量与当前依据IPCC核算方法得到的排放量存在一定的差异,并据此对畜牧业温室气体排放统计核算过程中的问题进行分析,并提出相关建议。

Based on the activity level data of agricultural process in Liaoning Province,the greenhouse gas emissions in animal husbandry process were estimated by considering the provincial carbon emission guidelines of the National Development and Reform Commission and the relevant parameters recommended by IPCC.As a result of actual research,it has been found that with the development of scientific technology and changes in agricultural activities,the calculation methods of greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture in greenhouse gas inventories have been continuously improved,there is a certain difference between the actual greenhouse gas emissions and the current IPCC accounting method.Based on this,the problems in the statistical accounting of greenhouse gas e- missions in the livestock industry are corrected and some relevant suggestions are put forward.
