近10年来我国中老年人群骨质疏松症患病率的荟萃分析

The prevalence of osteoporosis in Chinese middle-aged and elderly population in recent 10 years: A meta-analysis

目的通过荟萃分析,了解近10年来我国中老年人群骨质疏松症(osteoporosis, OP)的患病率情况。方法检索PubMed、Medline、EMBASE、Cochrane、CNKI、万方、维普数据库,收集2007年1月到2017年12月期间我国中老年人群OP患病率的研究,提取相关数据,选择Stata12.0软件分析结果。结果共纳入17篇研究,≥40岁的样本共36202例,其中OP样本7711例。本研究异质性显著,故采用随机效应模型合并效应量。荟萃分析显示(95%CI):近10年来,我国中老年人群的OP总体患病率为23%(19%～26%),其中女性27%(23%～31%),男性16%(12%～20%),男女差异显著,与年龄呈正相关。结论近10年来,我国中老年人群OP患病率明显上升,为高发病,形势较严峻,开展相关防治行动意义重大。

Objective To learn the prevalence of osteoporosis (OP) in Chinese middle-aged and elderly population in recent 10 years with a meta-analysis. Methods The databases of PubMed, Medline, EMBASE, Cochrane, CNKI, Wan fang, and VIP were searched from January 2007 to December 2017. The prevalence of OP in Chinese middle-aged and elderly population was collected. The relevant data were extracted and analyzed using Stata 12.0 software. Results A total of 17 studies were enrolled, including 36,202 over 40-year-old patients. Among those, 7711 were OP samples. The heterogeneity of this study was significant, so the random effect model was used to combine the effects. The meta-analysis showed that in recent 10 years, the overall prevalence of OP in Chinese middle-aged and elderly population was 23% (19%-26%), including 27% (23%-31%) in females and 16% (12%-20%) in males. There was a significant difference of OP prevalence between men and women. OP prevalence was positively correlated with age. Conclusion In recent 10 years, the prevalence of OP in Chinese middle-aged and elderly population has increased significantly. It is a high incidence disease and the situation is severe. Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out relevant prevention and control action.
