肿瘤免疫治疗成像技术的研究进展

摘要 由于传统的影像学技术难以满足肿瘤免疫治疗的临床需求,目前亟待开发新的免疫影像学技术来示踪免疫细胞和评价免疫治疗效果。本文综述了免疫PET、CT、MRI、光学成像及多模式成像的最新研究进展,虽然基于各种新型探针的免疫成像技术获得了巨大进步,但是仍需进一步验证它们的安全性和有效性,才能获得可进入临床应用的免疫成像技术。 Since the traditional imaging technologies cannot meet the demands from immunotherapy,new imaging technologies are highly desired to track immune cells and evaluate the efficacy of immunotherapy.This review summarizes the advances in PET, CT,MR/,optical and multimodal imaging for cancer immunotherapy.A large number of new imaging technologies with novel probes have been reported for immunotherapy,but further research needs to be done to validate their safety and effectiveness before they enter into clinical applications.
