摘要
调查显示:广西向应用型转变发展的部分地方普通本科高校青年教师的来源、学缘、职称、学位、作用与地位和知识、能力与素质等结构失衡较严重,结构性矛盾较突出,根本原因在于现行本科教学工作评估标准、应用型高校教师继续教育模式及体制机制、"双师型"教师认定、监测标准等导向性体制机制不适应应用型高校发展要求。
The latest survey indicates,in some local general undergraduate colleges in transition to application orientation in Guangxi,there exists the more serious structural imbalance in the source,academic margin,title,degree,role and status,knowledge,ability and quality of young teachers.The fundamental reason is that the guiding systems and mechanisms,which include the current evaluation standards of undergraduate teaching work,the teachers'continuing education modes and institutional mechanism of application-oriented university, the identification and monitoring standard of "double-qualified"teachers,are not suitable for the development of application-oriented universities.
