高职新教师职业素养提升培训有效性探讨 被引量:3

On Effectiveness of Training for New Teachers' Vocational Qualities in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 江苏省开展的"高职院校新教师职业素养提升"项目,其培训课程由职教理念、职教教学和职教研究三部分组成,从出勤率、考核通过率、学员满意度等方面对培训有效性进行评价,需在更新培训内容、推进在线学习、打造师资队伍和强化培训主体责任意识等方面进一步着力加强。 Jiangsu Province has carried out the "Improving New Teachers'Vocational Qualities in Higher Vocational Colleges" programme.Its training course is composed of three parts of the concept,teaching and research of vocational education.In order to assess the effectiveness of training from rate of"attendance,examination pass rate and students'satisfaction,it is necessary to further enhance the updating of training content,the promotion of online learning,the building of teaching staff and the enhancement of responsibility consciousness of training providers.
