摘要
我国铝土矿多以缓倾斜薄矿脉沉积性矿床为主,普遍存在直接顶板稳固性差、矿体厚度不稳定的问题。铝土矿开采多应用空场法进行开采,依靠留设矿柱和留护顶矿的方式对顶板进行管理。因铝土矿矿层和直接顶板厚度变化较大,无法准确留设护顶矿厚度,造成矿石损失较多,为此探索性开展猫场矿区铝土矿直接顶板厚度快速探测方法,为采场回采作业过程中护顶矿留设厚度提供技术支撑。通过对顶板探测厚度设备选取并在井下进行现场试验,试验探测图像显示矿体和直接顶板总厚度误差为0.65m,探测图像表明矿体与直接顶板界线不明确,SSP地质雷达在试验中达到了预期效果。
Bauxite deposits in China are mostly sedimentary deposits with gentle dip and thin vein.There are problems of poor stability of direct roof plate and unstable thickness of ore body.Bauxite mining is mostly applied by open field method for mining,and the roof was managed by retaining pillars and roofs of the mine in this method. Attributed to the big changes of bauxite thickness of ore layer and direct roof,it is impossible to keep the thickness of the protective cap accurately,resulting in more loss of ore.Therefore,a rapid detection method for the thickness of the bauxite direct roof in Mao-Chang Mine was developed,whichcan provide technical support for the determination of roof thickness in stope mining.Through the selection of roof detection thickness equipment and underground field test,the test detection images indicated that the total thickness error of ore body and direct roof was 0.65m,the boundary between the ore body and the direct roof was not clear,and the SSP geological radar achieved the expected effect in the test at the same time.
