不同粒径纳米氧化锌的制备及其抗紫外线能力研究 被引量:4

摘要 纳米氧化锌是一种具有较强的抗紫外线能力的无机功能性粉体,其制备及应用研究经久不衰。本文以硝酸锌、碳酸钠为原料,通过直接沉淀法制备了碳酸锌,而后用管式炉煅烧得到纳米氧化锌,采用激光粒度仪、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)对纳米氧化锌进行表征分析,重点研究煅烧温度对氧化锌粒径及多分散性的影响;而后用紫外-可见分光光度计系统研究了不同粒径纳米氧化锌的抗紫外线能力,证实所得纳米氧化锌粉体的抗紫外线能力与其粒径具有紧密关系。 Nano-ZnO is a kind of inorganic functional powder.The preparation and application of nano-ZnO are unremitting in the field of materials because it has distinct ability to resist ultraviolet(UV) ray.In this paper,zinc carbonate was firstly synthesized from zinc nitrate and sodium carbonate by direct precipitation method,and nano-ZnO was obtained through calcining zinc carbonate in tube furnace.The product was characterized by laser particle size analyzer,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),transmission electron microscope(TEM) and X-ray diffractometor(XRD).Special focus is given on the effect of calcination temperature to the size and polydispersity of nano-ZnO.Then,the ability to against UV of nanopowders with different size was studied systematically by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer.The result confirmed that the ability to resist UV of Nano-ZnO was closely related to their sizes.
