荔枝叶片表面消毒方法研究

Surface Disinfection Method of Litchi Leaves

本文以荔枝幼嫩叶片为外植体设施组织培养,比较了不同的消毒步骤对荔枝叶片的消毒效果。结果表明先用75%酒精消毒30s,再用0.1%升汞灭菌7 min为最佳的荔枝外植体消毒方案,此时污染率可控制在6.3%。

Using the tender leaves of Litchi as explants tor tissue culture,the sterilizing effects of different sterilizing steps were compared.The results showed that the best sterilizing effect could be obtained if using delicate leaves 15 s with 75 % ethanol,then treating with 1.0 g/L HgGl2 solution for 5 min,the contamination rate was 6.3 %.
