摘要
通过表面声波传感技术对运行中润滑油发生燃油稀释的程度进行快速定量检测,重点探讨了柴油稀释测试重复性,取样量及样品扩散时间对测试结果的影响。结果表明,该分析方法对发动机油使用过程中燃油稀释含量能够快速准确测定,并且具有重复性好,可信度高的特点。柴油稀释在0.5%~11.0%内标准偏差小于5%,测试结果的回收率在95%~105%之间,测试过程仅需3~5 min,对于发生燃油稀释润滑油的故障能够快速诊断。
A new determination method of fuel dilution of in-service lubricants using surface acoustic wave sensing.Discussed the test repeatability and sampling and diffusion time of diesel oil on the final result was emphatically studied.It is showed that the new analysis method quantifies the degree of lubricant diluted by diesel rapidly and accurately,and the method is reproducible and reliable.When the concentration of diesel in the lubricant is in the range of 0.5 %~11.0 %,the deviation is less than 5 %and the recovery rate in the range of 95 %~105 %.The whole measuring process of surface acoustic wave sensing just only 3~5 min.It is faster in the quantitative analysis of the fuel dilution in lubricant.
