拉格朗日插值法滤料级配参数的研究

摘要 本文提供两种方法求解过滤池的滤料粒径级配参数d_0、d_(10)、d_(80)、d_(100)、K_(80)等。在AutoCAD平台上绘制滤料的筛分曲线,用图解法求解,直观、准确和简便快速。基于拉格朗日插值法,按给定的筛孔孔径线性内插计算出通过该筛孔的滤料百分比,根据通过的砂量内插计算对应的粒径。可根据不同的滤料级配参数d10和k80,选择最优的筛选滤料方案。 Two methods were given to calculate the gradatio parameters of filter material like d0,d10,d80,d100,K80.Graphical method is intuitive,accurate and convenient by drawing the sieving curve by Auto CAD.Lagrange Interpolation method is using the program to calculate the percentage of the filter through a given mesh of holes,and the particle size is calculated according to the amount of sand measured.The program can use the customized interpolation function,according to the different filter level parameters d10 and k80 and select the best filter material scheme.
