摘要
与传统氯系氧化剂次氯酸酸钠相比,漂粉精与次氯酸钠在去氨氮化学反应原理上相同。本研究针对某钛白粉厂氨氮超标问题,对钠法漂粉精去除氨氮的可行性进行了小试实验研究和中试验证。确认了该技术的可行性,出水可以达到地方污水排放标准的一级标准。漂粉精相对采用次氯酸钠用作去氨氮剂而言,漂粉精为白色均匀颗粒状,有效氯高,密度高且稳定,便于贮存、运输便捷、储运安全管理操控简单等优势。因此,漂粉精是废水处理中去氨氮比较适合的氧化剂。
Compared with traditional chlorine series oxidants,calcium hypochlorite has the same principle of chemical reaction of ammonia-nitrogen removal with sodium hypochlorite.Ammonium-nitrogen of effluent exceeded the standard in Titanium dioxide plant,so effect of hypochlorite oxidation on ammonium-nitrogen removal was investigated in both laboratory experiment and pilot test.Confirmed the feasibility of this process in removal of ammonia-nitrogen from wastewater.Ammonium concentration of effluent could reach the class one of discharge standard of water pollutants.Compared with sodium hypochlorite,calcium hypochlorite is white uniform particles with high available chlorine,high density and strong stability.It is easy for storage,management and transportation.Therefore,it is an appreciate chlorine oxidant for ammonia-nitrogen removal.
