钢铁企业粗苯、焦油废气处理工程实例

Examples of Crude Benzene and Tar Waste Gas Treatment in Iron and Steel Enterprises

摘要 本项目结合钢铁企业产生的粗苯、焦油废气特点,结合分类分质处理的原则,采用"水喷淋+活性炭吸附"工艺对其废气进行处理,效果显著。处理设备出口苯和非甲烷总烃的浓度分别为0.14和8.95mg/m^3,排放速率分别为7.2×10-4和0.11kg/h;无组织废气非甲烷总烃浓度为1.47 mg/m^3,且苯浓度低于1.5×10^(-3) mg/m^3,均满足《大气污染物综合排放标准》GB 16297-1996中新污染源的二级标准和《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》GB 16171-2012中新建企业大气污染物排放浓度限值的规定,系统对苯和非甲烷总烃的去除效率分别为99.9%和85.0%。整个处理系统具有简单、实用和经济的优点,取得了较好的环境效益和社会效益。 Considering the characteristics of crude benzene and tar waste gas produced by iron and steel enterprises as well as the principle of classification and mass separation treatment,the treatment process of "water spraying combined with activated carbon adsorption" was adopted in this project,with remarkable effect.The concentrations of benzene and non-methane total hydrocarbons exported by the treatment equipment were 0.14 and 8.95 mg/m^3 respectively,and the emission rates were 7.2×10^-4 and 0.11 kg/h,respectively.The non-organization waste gas discharged from non-methane hydrocarbon concentration was 1.47 mg/m^3,and benzene concentration was lower than 1.5×10^-3 mg/m^3,which have met the new pollution sources of air pollutants in the discharge standard of the secondary standard GB 16297-1996 and the coking chemical industrial pollutants emission standards in the new enterprise of atmospheric pollutants concentration limit regulations GB 16171-2012.Besides,the removal efficiency of benzene and non-methane hydrocarbon was 99.9 % and 85.0 %,respectively.The whole treatment system has the advantages of simplicity,practicality and economy,and has achieved better environmental and social benefits.
