Classified Regulation of Use and Education of Personnel in a College Must be Enforced

大学的管理工作可归结为"用人"和"育人"。面对出现的新情况,管理工作也要作相应的改变。我们强调,育人应因材施教,用人应分类评价。这是以人为本、尊重个性发展在大学管理中的体现。唯有如此,才能充分调动学生学习和教师工作的积极性,促进大学又好又快的发展。

The use and education of personnel are two central works in a college.With the emergence of new circumstances,the management idea should be changed accordingly.It is emphasized that,the education should be made by the teachers to treat pupils as individuals,and the teachers should be evaluated by the classification way.This is people-oriented and a respect for personality development.And only thus,the enthusiasm of study and work can be aroused to promote the healthy development of a college.
