氯仿萃取分离NMP的工艺流程模拟与分析

摘要 本文利用ASPEN PLUS流程模拟软件对NMP萃取塔进行模拟,考察了萃取塔理论级数、操作温度以及溶剂比对脱水塔塔釜废水中NMP含量的影响。结果表明,在一定的进料条件下,萃取塔理论级数为8,操作温度在30℃,溶剂比为2时,脱水塔塔釜废水中NMP含量可以达到工艺指标要求。此外,根据装置实际运行参数调整模型后的计算结果表明,脱水塔釜出料中NMP含量计算结果与实际测定数据最大误差在15 ppm左右,设计模型下的计算结果与实际结果吻合较好。 In this paper,ASPEN PLUS process simulation software was used to simulate the NMP extraction column.The effects of theoretical series,operating temperature and solvent ratio on the content of NMP in the wastewater of dehydration tower were investigated.The results show that the NMP content in the wastewater of the dehydration tower'can meet the requirements of the process when the theoretical stage of the extraction tower is8,the operating temperature is 30℃ and the solvent ratio is2.In addition,according to the calculation results of adjusting the actual operation parameters of the unit,the maximum error between the calculation results of NMP content in the discharge of the dehydration tower and the actual measured data is about15ppm,and the calculated results under the design model are in good agreement.with the actual results.
