摘要
石墨烯是一种二维碳材料,相对于传统的石墨阳极材料,石墨烯具有导电性好、电容量高、比表面积大、循环寿命长、渗透锂离子能力强和机械性能好等优异性能。化学气相沉积法可用于制备具有单一结晶度的石墨烯,它是目前最具前瞻性、成本低廉、可以大面积制备高质量石墨烯的方法,并且很容易地应用于实际工业生产。
Graphene is a two-dimensional carbon material. Compared with traditional graphite anode materials, graphene has excellent properties such as good electrical conductivity, high capacitance, large specific surface area, long cycle life, strong ability to penetrate lithium ions and good mechanical properties. The chemical vapor deposition method can be used to prepare graphene having a single crystallinity, which is currently the most forward-looking, low-cost method for preparing high-quality graphene over a large area, and it is easily applied to practical industrial production.
