重点实验室大型仪器设备使用管理探索

Exploration on the Use and Management of Large Instruments and Equipment in Key Laboratories

近些年来国家对基础研究的大力投入使得重点实验室的建立越来越多,有关重点实验室的管理也越来越受到重视,尤其是在大型仪器设备的管理上。实验室大型仪器设备是科研的基础,是实验数据获取的根本,但是目前实验室对大型仪器使用管理上仍然存在很多问题。为了重点实验室更好地发展以及大型设备更好地服务于科研,本文主要在大型仪器使用管理上进行了探索,提出了制度建立、人员的培训、开发共享等建议。

The state of basic research in recent years has made the establishment of the key laboratory of more and more,the key laboratory management is becoming more and more attention,especially in the management of large instruments and equipment.Large equipment is the basis of scientific research and the basis of experimental data acquisition.However,there are still many problems in the use and management of large equipment in the laboratory.To key laboratory for better development and heavy equipment to better serve the scientific research,this paper mainly explores on the use and management of large equipment,puts forward the system establishment,personnel training,development,sharing and so on.
