With the rapid growth of the Biologics market, the problems of the Durg Cold Chain and the Personnel Training Model of Pharmaceutical Management in Higher Vocational Colleges were analyzed. Pieces of advice for Durg Cold Chain practitioners were proposed from personnel training objective, the college and enterprise joint cultivation model, the practical training base inside and outside of the college, and "cross-domain multidisciplinary" and "skills evaluation" were emphasized.
