A/O+MBR Process Pilot System for Treatment of Industrial Park Wastewater

摘要 工业园区废水由于其水量和水质稳定性较差,同时有水质复杂、有机污染浓度高、毒性大和难降解等特点而成为废水治理难点。江西省新干县盐化工业城对园区废水进行提标改造,需将排放水质标准由原先的《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级B提高到一级A。针对园区废水水质特点,选用A/O+MBR为处理工艺并对此做中试研究。通过试验研究表明:A/O+MBR工艺处理后出水COD均值为44.74 mg/L,去除率高达79.28%;出水NH3-N均值为1.17 mg/L,去除率高达99.08%;出水TP均值为0.35 mg/L,去除率高达99.10%。工艺总体指标能达到一级A标准,且有设备占地面积少、自动化水平高、处理出水稳定、排放的剩余污泥量少等优点,在工业园区废水治理中有非常好的发展前景。 Industrial park wastewater is a difficult point in wastewater treatment due to its poor water quality and water quality stability, complex water quality, high organic pollution concentration, high toxicity and difficult to degrade. In the Yanhua Industrial City of Xingan County, Jiangxi Province, the wastewater of the park was upgraded and upgraded. The discharge water quality standard should be upgraded from the first Class B of the Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard(GB18918-2002) to Grade A. According to the characteristics of wastewater quality in the park, A/O+MBR was selected as the treatment process and pilot research was carried out.The experimental results show that the average COD of effluent after treatment by A/O+MBR process is 44.74 mg/L, the removal rate is as high as 79.28 %; the effluent NH3-N average is 1.17 mg/L, the removal rate is up to 99.08 %; the effluent TP average is 0.35 mg/L. The removal rate is as high as 99.10 %.The overall process index can reach the first-class A standard, and has the advantages of less equipment footprint, high automation level, stable treatment of effluent water, and low amount of excess sludge discharged. It has a very good development prospect in industrial park wastewater treatment.
