摘要
将本科生全程导师制与创新教学环节相结合,是提高大学生创新能力、培养创新性人才的重要手段。本文以我校化工专业创新型人才的培养为例,对指导方法、运行模式、制度保障等方面进行了介绍和总结。
Combining undergraduate whole mentoring with creative teaching is an important means to improve ungraduates’ innovation ability and cultivate innovative talents. Take the cultivation of innovative talents in chemical engineering major of our university as an example, the guiding methods, operational mode and institutional guarantee were introduced and summarized.
