同伴互助在妇产科教学中的应用

摘要 妇产科是一门有较强实践性的课程,其最重要也是最有效的教学就是临床教学。传统的教学方法是由资深医生或教师带领学生到医院病房中对案例进行讨论,对方法进行学习,从而增强学生的思维能力和实践能力。然而传统方法自身固有的局限性加之妇产科的特殊性使得学生实际进行临床操作的机会很少,限制学生能力的快速提升。因此,需要寻找一种行之有效的教学方式来取代传统的教学模式。本文介绍了同伴互助(Peer-Assisted Learning,PAL)这种目前应用最为广泛的一种教学模式,在妇产科教学当中的应用以及对如何有效提升学生的学习效果。 Obstetrics and gynecology is a strong practical course, the most important and effective teaching is clinical teaching. The traditional teaching method is that senior doctors or teachers lead students to the hospital ward to discuss the case and study the method, so as to enhance students’ thinking ability and practical ability. However, due to the inherent limitations of traditional methods and the particularity of Obstetrics and gynecology, there are few opportunities for students to carry out clinical operations, which limits the rapid improvement of students’ abilities. Therefore, we need to find an effective teaching method to replace the traditional teaching mode. This paper introduces the most widely used teaching mode of PAL, its application in gynecology and obstetrics teaching and how to effectively improve the students’ learning effect.
