大气PM_(2.5)暴露对健康人群尿液中多环芳烃羟基代谢产物水平的影响 被引量:4

Influence of PM_(2.5) exposure on urinary hydroxyl metabolites levels of polycylicaromatic hydrocarbons in healthy population

摘要 目的探讨大气PM_(2.5)暴露对健康人群尿液中多环芳烃羟基代谢物(OH-PAHs)水平的影响。方法采集2014年9月16日至10月27日南京市城区及郊区大气PM_(2.5),计算其平均质量浓度;并选取采样点旁工作的25名健康男性(门卫)作为研究对象,对其进行问卷调查。采样结束后次日收集调查对象晨尿样品,采用高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定两组调查对象尿液样品中10种OH-PAHs水平,并比较其差异。结果采样期间城区采样点PM_(2.5)浓度高于郊区,平均质量浓度分别为(129.28±22.73)、(59.51±12.91)μg/m^3,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。城区健康人群尿液中2-OH-Flu、3-OH-B(a)P浓度高于郊区,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他OH-PAHs在两组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大气PM_(2.5)暴露水平的升高可能使健康人群(门卫)的PAHs暴露增加,从而引起尿液OH-PAHs含量发生改变。 Objective To investigate the impact of PM2.5 exposure on the levels of hydroxyl metabolites from polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(OH-PAHs) in urine of healthy population. Methods The PM2.5 samples were collected in urban and suburb area of Nanjing from Sep. 16,2014 to Oct. 27,2014 and the average mass concentration was calculated. A total of 25 healthy male doorkeeper working at the two sampling sites were chosen and questionnaire was used to investigate the related effects. Morning urine samples were collected during the sampling period for the determination of 10 OH-PAHs by HPLC-MS/MS. Results The concentration of PM2.5 in the urban area[(129.28±22.73) μg/m3] was significantly higher than that of the suburb[(59.51±12.91)μg/m3](P<0.05). Among all the OH-PAHs,the level of 2-OH-Flu and 3-OH-BaP of healthy population in urban area were significantly higher than those in suburb(P<0.05),others showed no significant variation between two areas. Conclusion The increase of the exposure to PM2.5 may increase the exposure of the PAHs in healthy population,such as doorkeepers,resulting in changes in the level of OH-PAHs in urine.
