Safety test and rating recommendation of dry-hanging stone curtain wall on exterior wall

某酒店因大风降雨天气导致外墙上部干挂石材脱落砸向地面,对人员及财产安全造成较大影响。通过对该酒店干挂石材幕墙的整体检测与检验,参照《民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准》(GB50292--2015),结合石材幕墙缺陷损伤特点,对石材安全性等级评定提出具体建议,为同类干挂石材幕墙结构安全现状检测及修复处理提供了参考。

The dry-hanging stone on the exterior wall of a hotel fell off and hit the ground due to heavy wind and rain,which had a great impact on the safety of people and property.Based on the overall inspection and appraisal of the dry-hanging stone curtain wall of the hotel,according to the Standard for appraisal of reliability of civil buildings (GB 50292-2015), concrete suggestions for the evaluation of stone material safety grade were put forward considering the defect damage characteristics of stone curtain wall,which provides a reference for the inspection and appraisal of similar dry-hanging stone curtain wall structures.
